Could be that a component is broken or malfunctioning or it could be a fuse or something else electrical.

The affected door latch should be replaced to correct this concern.
First check the wiring for door lock if all good faulty door lock must need to be replace.

If just one lock won t open on your mercedes then the problem may rest with broken wiring a bad solenoid or perhaps with a blown fuse.
Problem description electrical switches in the door latches can fail causing the door locks to rapidly actuate up and down multiple times when the locks are activated by either the keyless remote or door lock switch.
Before doing so have disconnected old door lock from actuator.
Now press down on the unlock button in the center console to lock the doors for at least 10 seconds and this will.
Turn the key to position 2 all your cluster lights are on.
You ll probably need to take it to a shop to get fixed.
If so replace the fuse.
